The GLA website at: www.glamontana.org/policies/ discloses the "Conflict of Interest Policy" new board members sign. The "Board Member Confidentiality Agreement" board members sign is not found nor disclosed anywhere on the GLA website (that I could find). Why not? Will a board member disclose the contents of this form to the landowners in their association? Or does the form itself prohibit that? Thanks, Debbie

I second your call for disclosure of those documents.
The Conflict of Interest Policy is on the web, but is that the actual document that new Board members sign. Can both documents be posted, maybe in the Governing Documents section with a folder "BOARD MEMBERS PLEDGE" or something of that nature.
It might help rebuild trust in the Board.
