GovDocCmte Notes: In general, taking out anything that is governed by other standards or higher authority. 6.01 added wording about projects exempt from Association review to reduce the burden on both the association and landowners for small buildings such as a garden shed. This change retains the review requirement for any dwelling since this affects the assessment status of the property. 6.07 reduced the areas the Association is liable for overseeing and removes wording that is subjective. Lawyer input: In Section 6.05, define Mobile Home using Montana law, not the Master Plan.
